RacePort Blow-Off Valve

DESCRIPTION:
The largest and the highest-flowing BOV in the Turbosmart range features an oversized inlet port and a quick-release V-Band clamp. Provides greater performance through faster turbo spool-up from idle and reduced turbo lag between gears.

APPLICATION:
Large capacity turbocharger systems and high horsepower engines. Ideal for circuit and drag vehicles and trucks

SUPPLIED WITH:
Quick-release V-Band Clamp, Aluminium Weld Flange, Swivel Nipple.

Ultra-Gate38 Wastegate

DESCRIPTION:
38mm external wastegate. Small and lightweight, the Ultra-Gate38 provides high-end features and build quality at an entry-level price.

APPLICATION:
Suitable for all turbocharged vehicles with an external wastegate turbo system. Street and racing applications. Flanges suit 1.50” outside diameter pipe.

SUPPLIED WITH:
7 psi spring (fitted), valve seat, 2 x stainless steel gaskets, mounting bolts and 2 x 1/8 NPT vacuum fittings. Kit Builder Packs available to customer specifications.

Hyper-Gate45 Wastegate

DESCRIPTION:
45mm external wastegate. Turbosmart’s new 45mm external wastegate offers class-leading flow path and temperature resistance in a compact and lightweight package.

APPLICATION:
Suitable for all turbocharged vehicles with an external wastegate turbo system. Suits 1.75” outside diameter pipe. Fits all popular 44mm flanges.

SUPPLIED WITH:
Supplied with a 7psi spring (fitted), inlet and outlet weld flanges and V-band clamps, valve seat and 2 x 1/8 NPT vacuum fittings. Kit Builder Packs available to customer specifications.

Pro-Gate50 Wastegate

DESCRIPTION:
50mm external wastegate. Combining a compact body, superior flow path and high temperature resistance makes the Pro-Gate50 a market leader in its sector. Shielded diaphragm housing ensures excellent heat handling capabilities.

APPLICATION:
Suitable for high performance turbocharged engines with an external wastegate turbo system. Suits 2.00” outside diameter pipe. Fits older-style Pro-Gate48 and Power-Gate50 flanges.

SUPPLIED WITH:
7psi outer spring (fitted), 10 psi middle spring, inlet and outlet weld flanges and V-band clamps, valve seat and 2 x 1/8 NPT vacuum fittings. Kit Builder Packs available to customer specifications.

60mm external wastegate. With a superior flow path and high temperature resistance the Power-Gate60 is a market leader in its sector, outperforming all similarly sized wastegates. The shielded diaphragm housing ensures excellent heat handling capabilities.

Suitable for extreme performance turbocharged engines with an external wastegate turbo system. Suits 2.50” outside diameter pipe.
